Kotter’s 8-Step Process for Leading Change

In 1972, Harvard Business School Professor John Kotter began researching real companies and leaders to study why 70% of businesses fail to execute their strategies, and only 5% meet or exceed them. In 1996, the 8-Step Process for Leading Change was developed to be used as a consistent, holistic approach in change efforts.

Prosci ADKAR® Model

The ADKAR® Model was first introduced in 1999 as an outcome-oriented approach to facilitate individual change. The model has taken hold as an easy-to-use and proven Change Management method, and is now one of the most widely used change management models in the world.​
