Under the Portfolio, Enterprise Change, and Technology Business Management Coaching, a client can choose one of the following options for a package of 4 hours of coaching that can be used in 30, 45, or 60 minutes increments based on the availability of both the Coach and the client.

- Transition from Annual Budgeting (CAPEX, OPEX) to Participatory Budgeting
- Integrating Project, Program, Product, and Portfolio Management with Technology Business Management (TBM)
- Integrating People Change Management (Prosci ADKAR Model) in the Business-Technology Initiatives
